We repair cylinders up to 15 metres long in-house, including bore welding, precision honing (50mm to 600mm ID, up to 6 metres), grinding, hard chrome plating, CNC and general machining. Our extensive on-site inventory of service exchange cylinders and manufacturer-direct parts eliminates supply delays. Every cylinder undergoes extensive cycle and bypass testing on our hydraulic test bench, then is 100% certified to ISO 10100:2020 standards before dispatch.
